New Delhi: There was a huge crowd at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Chhattisgarh (Chhattisgarh) to see the big players from India (West) and the West Indies. A brilliant 2021 Road Safety World Series game was played here.

Yuvraj’s explosion

In this match, Yuvraj Singh scored an unbeaten 49 on just 20 balls with the help of 1 fours and 6 sixes. He hit four sixes in the 19th over Mahendra Nagamootoo, Caribbean bowler Mahendra Nagamootoo. In Wednesday’s semi-final, apart from Yuvraj Singh, India Legends Sachin Tendulkar scored 65 points on 42 balls, Virender Sehwag contributed 35 points on 17 balls. Other than that, Yusuf Pathan scored 37 and Mohammad Kaif scored 27 points and increased his team’s score to 218/3 in the prescribed 20 overs. With that, West Indies Legends barely hit the target of 219 races.

Indian legends in the final

The goal of 219 races in 20 overs was difficult to see, but the West Indies batsmen had stopped the Indian fans by hitting four and six. Dwayne Smith and Brian Lara scored 63 and 46 respectively, bringing the Windies very close to victory.
