New Delhi: Teams from Chhattisgarh (India) and Bangladesh (Bangladesh) were head to head in the Academy Road Safety World Series match at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium. A large crowd gathered to watch the former players on the pitch. The most feud in this game was seeing Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag.
Sehwag’s stormy appearance again
The Indian innings started off well in the match. Virender Sehwag seemed to beat in his own style and hit the tournament’s fastest half-century. Sehwag played a massive 80-step round outside with the help of 10 fours and 5 sixes on 35 balls.
