New Delhi: In the second test against Sri Lanka, Joe Root did an incredible job. England captain Joe Root presented another fine example of his mastery of playing on pitch suitable for spinners in the subcontinent. Along with that, those who were seen doing anything in the root competition were surprised to see it all.
Joe Root has done wonders
Joe Root spoiled the line and length of the Sri Lankan bowlers. With this he was seen doing something on the pitch which has never been seen before.
In fact, while hitting, Root (Joe Root) twisted his bat. He did so when he was about to play ball. Everyone was surprised to see this.

Root has reached its 19th century. He added 111 points for the third wicket with Johnny Bairstow (28) to get the team out of the initial shake. Root then forged useful partnerships with Jose Butler (55) for 97 races for the fifth wicket and 81 for the eighth wicket with Dom Bas (32).
Let’s say by the end of Matchday 3 England had scored 339 points for nine wickets and they are still 42 points behind Sri Lanka, who scored 381 in their opening innings.
