Melbourne: The second test match of the four-game series between India and Australia (IND vs AUS Boxing Day Test) continues in Melbourne. The Indian team suffered a major setback on day three of the second test match on Monday. Umesh Yadav, who manages the bowling attack in the Indian team, is injured. He limped out of the ground. He fired Australian opener Joey Burns in the second session of the day and was subsequently injured. After throwing the third ball of his fourth, Umesh struggled with his leg.
BCCI issued a statement
A statement was released by the BCCI on Umesh Yadav’s injury. According to the statement, “Umesh has pain in his calf and he will now be scanned. The BCCI said: “Umesh complained of calf pain when throwing his fourth. The medical team examined him. He will now have a CT scan.”

If Umesh does not fall on the pitch it will be a big blow for India as Mohammad Shami and Ishant Sharma are already injured. Ishant did not come to Australia due to an injury. Shami was injured in the first test match due to which he was excluded from the Test series.
The Indian team finished 326 points in the first round
On Monday, the third day of the second test match, he was quite gone for 326 points in his first innings. Australia had scored just 195 points in their first rounds. In this context, India has a lead of 131 races. India started the day with 277 races for the loss of five wickets on their second day. Captain Ajinkya Rahane was eliminated after scoring 112 points. Ravindra Jadeja has completed her half century. Mitchell Starc took his wicket on a personal score of 57. Rahane and Jadeja have shared a 121-year partnership.
