New Delhi: Yorker specialist bowler T Natarajan, who made a spot on Team India’s Test, ODI and T20 squad via IPL, gave credit for the success of Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni) predictions. Let us know that T. Natarajan did well in the last IPL series after which he had a golden opportunity to make his debut for Team India in all three cricket formats on the Australian tour.
Dhoni gave this big advice to Natarajan
T. Natarajan revealed that during the IPL last year, former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni advised him to put on slow bouncers and cutters, which helped him improve his skill. T. Natarajan threw the most 71 yorkers among the fast bowlers in the last IPL and he managed to fire great batsmen like Dhoni and AB de Villiers.
Natarajan praised Dhoni
“ESPNcricinfo” quoted Natarajan as saying, “Talking to a player like Dhoni is a great thing in itself. He told me about fitness and motivated me and told me that with experience I will improve. He said the use of slow bouncers, cutters and such variations. It should be helpful for me.
Dhoni was fired by Natarajan
Last year Dhoni was sacked by Sunrisers Hyderabad fast pitcher Natarajan in the IPL. This fast bowler was included as a reserve player in the Indian team for the tour of Australia due to his brilliant performance in the IPL and went on to secure a spot on the squad. Recalling Dhoni’s wicket, Natarajan said: “ I played close to the stick and he gave a big six, around 102 yards. I took his wicket at the next ball and I did not celebrate. I was just thinking about the last ball.
