Ahead of this year’s IPL, BCCI announced that spectators will not be allowed to enter the arena this year due to the growing devastation of the Corona virus. However, on Friday, the new Divyang Cricket Council (DDCI) officials will be able to attend the first match.

Giving information in a statement, DCCI said, “This year we will see for the first time the inaugural function of the IPL as a member of the Divyang Cricket Council. BCCI Secretary Jai Shah invited DCCI officials to attend the first IPL match. We will be involved in any BCCI event for the first time. DCCI President GK Mahantesh said, “We are grateful to Jai Shah who invited us to attend the opening ceremony of the world’s largest T20 tournament. He has been promoting Divyang cricket from the start.

DCCI (DDCI) Secretary Ravi Chauhan said five board members will attend the ceremony which will take place as a representative of thousands of cricketers.
