New Delhi: The Indian cricket team (Team India) will travel to England in July this year. India will play a series of 5 tests on England’s pitch, but before that the Indian team will play a practice match against their own “A” team in Nottinghamshire.

The two teams will be face to face on the county field

The Indian cricket team (Team India) and the India A team (India A) will compete on the grounds of Nottinghamshire County. Giving the information in a statement, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club said: “This year some of the best international players in the world will be playing on the pitch this summer. The Indian team will play India A ahead of the 5-game test series against England in August. However, the date of this match has not yet been revealed.

Second training match in Leicestershire on July 28

The Indian cricket team (Team India) and the Indian team A will meet in the second training match on July 28 in Leicestershire. Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club further said: “The second training match will be played in Leicestershire from 28 July.”

India-England series with Nottingham Test

The first match of the ODI Five Penguin Series between India and England will be played August 4-8 in Nottingham. The second match of the series will be played in London from August 12 to 16 and the fourth match from September 2 to 6, the third Test in Leeds from August 25 to 29, while the last match of the series will be played in Manchester from 10 to September 14.

The British team is on an Indian tour at the moment

The England team are currently on tour in India, where they are due to play 4 tests, 5 T20s and 3 ODIs. The first match of the Test Series will be played in Chennai from February 5th. The Indian team are excited after winning the Test Series in Australia, while the England team made a clean sweep 2-0 on Sri Lankan soil.
