Rahane’s brilliant captaincy
Australia decided to beat it by winning the draw in the India vs Australia Boxing Day test, but Rahane (Ajinkya Rahane) changed bowling significantly and kept the pressure on the host team’s beaters. Whether it was to give veteran Ravichandran Ashwin a chance to play early or play debutant Mohammed Siraj, Rahane’s decision turned out better, leaving the Australian team’s opening innings at 195 points.
