IND vs ENG: Ravichandran Ashwin 4th Indian with 400 test wickets, Virat Kohli says he is a modern day legend | IND vs ENG: Ravichandran Ashwin, who took 400 wickets, told Virat Kohli

Ahmedabad: Ravichandran Ashwin, the best player in the Indian team, became the fourth Indian bowler to win 400 try wickets and the second fastest bowler in the world to do so. At the same time, Akshar Patel grabbed the headlines in his second test and won 11 wickets for 70 races, earning him the title of “Player of the Match”.

Kohli congratulated these two spinners and said: “ A strange match that ended in two days. When Jaddu (Ravindra Jadeja) was injured, many people were worried. But then this player (letter) arrives, he plays a little faster and also height. If something happens in the ATM, it can be very dangerous. ‘

Kohli said: “I think we’ll have to see what Ashwin has done. In the test, he is the legend of the present day. As captain, I am very happy that he is in my team. Joe Root did 100 test matches with Ishant Sharma and also praised Ashwin for making 400 test wickets.

The man of the match, Akshar Patel, has said he will always focus on box-office bowling as he has benefited a lot from it during his short Test career. He jokingly said, “When it happens, it looks very easy.” And if that doesn’t happen, it seems difficult.

Patel said, “I don’t think much. I want to continue this form. I’m happy that if I can’t contribute with the stick, I will with the ball. My strength is to go from wicket to wicket. I want to score the ball as much as possible so that the batsmen have a hard time.
