New Delhi: The Indian cricket team beat England by 66 points in the first ODI. As they beat first place in that game, India gave England a goal of 318 points, in response to which England were all out after scoring 251 points. India are now 1-0 ahead in the three-game series.

In this game, the Indian team, who came out first at bat, scored a big score of 317 points. Opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan scored the highest innings of 98 points. Aside from Shikhar, captain Virat Kohli scored 56 points. KL Rahul and Krunal Pandya finished the heats brilliantly. Krunal scored an unbeaten 58 and Rahul scored an unbeaten 62 points. Ben Stokes took 3 wickets for England.

Bowlers made a comeback

The England team came out in pursuit of the target, their forerunners Jason Roy and Johnny Bairstow gave a great start. The two shared an excellent partnership of 135 races for the first wicket in just 14 overs. At one point it looked like England would comfortably win this game. But for India, Krishna, who is making his debut in this match, opened the India account by sending Roy to the pavilion. After that, England wickets came and went and the whole team could only score 251 points in 42.1 overs. Famous from India took 4 wickets. Apart from that, Shardul Thakur took 3 wickets and Bhuvneshwar Kumar took 2 wickets.
