New Delhi: The fourth and final match of the current test series is between India and Australia (IND vs AUS). It was a challenge for the Australian Tour Team India as many of India’s veteran batsmen and bowlers suffered injuries due to which they could not play every game.

Beginning of trial of 5 Indians

Perhaps it is possible due to one injury after another that 4 Indian cricketers made their debut in this series of tests. First Shubman Gill and Mohammed Siraj, followed by Navdeep Saini, T Natarajan and Washington Sundar also started their Test careers.

During the Brisbane test, when Shardul Thakur and Washington Sundar were in the compound, an Indian spectator at the stadium was concerned about Indian cricketers. He wrote the message on the sign: “Get well soon Team India” means “The Indian team should be happy soon”.

Long list of injured players

Many Team India beaters were injured during this series of tests. These include Mohammad Shami, Ravindra Jadeja, KL Rahul, Hanuma Vihari, Umesh Yadav, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jaspreet Bumrah and Navdeep Saini. Rishabh Pant and Mayank Agarwal were also injured for some time.
