Brisbane: Team India, already facing player injuries, suffered another setback. Indian fast bowler Navdeep Saini came off the ground with groin pain on day one of the fourth and final test against Australia.
Navdeep Saini threw 5 balls in his 8th, which was 36th in the innings. After that, he returned to the lodge because of the pain. With that, suspense arose over his game further into the game.
The BCCI said in its statement on Twitter: “Navdeep Saini complained of groin pain. The council’s medical team are currently treating them. Navdeep Saini was taken for a scan.

Many players are injured
Vice-Captain Rohit Sharma completed Saini. Earlier, fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, versatile player Ravindra Jadeja, spinner Ravichandran Ashwin and batsman Hanuma Vihari were also out of the game due to injury.
