New Delhi: Former Indian team player and BJP deputy Gautam Gambhir (Gautam Gambhir) will open a restaurant “Jan Rasoi”. In “Jan Rasoi”, people in need of their parliamentary constituency east of Delhi will receive a lunch for one rupee.

Gambhir said in his office that he will open the first restaurant in Gandhi Nagar on Thursday, after which a similar restaurant will be opened in Ashok Nagar on Republic Day.

Gambhir (Gautam Gambhir) said: “I have always believed that beyond caste, beliefs, religion and financial circumstances, everyone has the right to eat healthy and clean food. It is unfortunate that the homeless and the poor are unable to obtain bread twice a day ”.

Gambhir (Gautam Gambhir) is planning to open at least one “Jan Rasoi” restaurant in ten Assembly constituencies in Delhi.

The statement from the MP’s office said that “Jan Kitchen, which is to be opened in Gandhi Nagar, one of the largest textile wholesale markets in the country, will be completely modern, where food will be provided to the needy for one rupee.”

According to the statement, there will be a seating arrangement of 100 people at a time, but due to the Kovid-19 outbreak, only 50 people will be allowed to sit. Rice, pulses and vegetables will be served for lunch.

The press release indicates that the cost of this program will be borne by the personal resources of the Gautam Gambhir Foundation and the deputy and that government assistance will not be taken.
