Sydney: Australia-A Cameron Green was hit in the head while bowling on the first day of the practice match against India due to which he had to leave the field. Green was bowling at Jasprit Bumrah in the three-day day-night game played at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).
Green had scored a century in the first practice match
Bumrah hit Green’s ball in a straight line, which struck the 21-year-old’s hand and hit it straight in the head. Mohammad Siraj, standing at the non-attacking end, immediately went to Green. Australia-A medical team saw him, then he came out of the ground. Cameron Green scored a century in the first practice match.

This is the second time in a practice match that an Australian player has been shot in the head. In the first practice match, Will Pukowski was hit in the head and that is why he is not playing in this match due to a concussion.
