23 passengers in Delhi-Amritsar-bound flight to Corona positive: The Tribune India

Milan (Vicky Batala): Last night, an Air India flight carrying 210 passengers going from India to Rome received positive corona report of 23 passengers. Those who test positive include the pilot and other personnel. According to Italian media, 9% of people on the flight to Rome tested positive for the Corona. Some passengers on the flight from Delhi-Amritsar to Rome told the Italian Punjabi Press Club over the phone that the passengers arriving late yesterday got off the plane an hour after landing at the Rome airport. All were tested for coronavirus. Of these, 50 passengers, including 23 who have tested positive for corona, have been treated with poisoning, while the remaining 164 have been kept at a local hotel. The pilot and crew are said to be positive testers. Following the incident, the Italian government has imposed a temporary ban of 14 days on travelers from India.
