Sydney: Indian team captain Virat Kohli believes versatile Hardik Pandya is emerging as India’s top match finisher. He also said that playing the role of finisher by the all-rounder helps India win the game under any circumstances.

Hardik Pandya at Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) scored an unbeaten 42-point knock-on on 22 balls to give India a six-wicket victory in the game against Australia. After the win, India took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the T20 three-game series.
Kohli said after the game: “ The reason for Pandya’s inclusion in the squad in 2016 was her ability. He is a naturally talented player. He now understands that it’s a good time to mold himself into the role of finisher.
He said: “ Having played many T20 games for IPL and India, he has become a very experienced player now. Over the next four to five years, he can become a good mid-range hitter who can win games anywhere. You have to be a finisher and they become that for us ”.
Pandya (Hardik Pandya) did not perform in the recent ODI series. Previously he had said he was hitting as a batsman. In the ODI series, he scored twice around 90.
When asked if you consider yourself a drummer or a Finn, Pandya replied that he did not play any role keeping in mind. He said he played according to the circumstances.
