New Delhi: Legendary Indian team cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has lost another close friend due to the coronavirus outbreak. Former cricketer Vijay Shirke has died in a hospital in Thane district, outside Mumbai. He was 57 years old.
Used to play cricket with Sachin
In the 1980s, Sachin Tendulkar (Vijay Shirke) played cricket together for the Sun Grace Mafatlal team. Vijay was included in this team as a fast bowler.

Sachin expressed his grief
Sachin also mourned the death of Vijay Shirke, he wrote on Twitter: “ May your soul rest in peace Vijay Shirke. I have known him since the age of 15, I had a great time with him. She will always stay alive in the memories. My deepest condolences to his family ‘

Salil Ankola expressed his sorrow
Sachin’s former partner Salil Ankola paid tribute to Vijay Shirke on his Facebook page. He wrote: “You have soon said goodbye my friend, may your soul rest in peace, the time we have spent outside the gardens and gardens can never be forgotten.
