Jake Lucht Macrum, director of operations at Rajasthan Royals, said of the Mauritius purchase: “We spoke to Chris before the auction and gave him a full medical examination.” He is currently in a “bio-bubble” in South Africa and must play a national tournament.
He said: “ Chris has been a former Rajasthan Royals player and he is one of the experienced players who are in tune with this amount. We have rebalanced our team, they will play an important role for us. He is the best bowler in all phases of the game and he can also win us matches with the bat.
