Mumbai: After winning the Test Series in Australia, all Team India players returned to India. 5 of these cricketers reached Mumbai (Mumbai). They were advised to stay in home quarantine for the next 7 days.

Brihanmumbai City Commissioner (BMC Commissioner) Iqbal Singh Chahal said: “Players have been advised to remain in home quarantine for 7 days.”

Despite injury to many players, India won the series 2-1, beating Australia by 3 wickets in the fourth and final test match in Brisbane on January 19, retaining the Border-Gavaskar trophy.
Ajinkya Rahane, Ravi Shastri, Rohit Sharma, Shardul Thakur and Prithvi Shaw were greeted by Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) officials upon their arrival in Mumbai. Rahane also cut a cake to celebrate the team’s victory.
